“I had a very bad experience living in this building. There is a terrible smell 24/7, and the management is extremely poor. The support team is unhelpful and does not respond properly to complaints. Also, when you leave the building, it is very difficult to get your deposit back. It feels like they only care about taking your money. Make sure to read the contract very carefully before signing anything. And there is no parking so if you have 2 cars you will strugle. The parking slots available are very small you cant even open the door.”

“I have been staying in the 2 bedroom apartment with garden/terrace for over 8 months. It's a decent building with reasonable level of maintenance. Following are some things to know for potential renters: 1. AC doesn't seem to cool below 22 degree celsius. Not sure if it's just with our unit. Hence, we are having to keep the AC on for prolonged time to keep up the cooling level, which results in absurdly higher empower bill. We have raised this issue multiple times, the management is looking into it but still not resolved fully. 2. The entrance to parking is not paved and is in a very shabby and uneven state, so if you have a car with a low ground clearance, you will end up bruising the under floor of your car on most occassions. 3. Although they claim to have steam and stauna, I have never seen the steam room work since I started living here. It's always good to have an honest opinion from a resident so that you know exactly what you are signing up for, hence the review.”
