“Every week loud noise hammering in the building, it's like living in a construction site or the building is still under construction. Someone at 13 floor plays very loud music all night, complained many time but the security seems helpless. False fire alarms keep scaring you and little ones Maintenance staff takes weeks and many reminders after which they come do a poor workaround which doesn't work for long. Cycles with chain locks disappear from covered parking, they have camera but no recordings. They charge 1250 for gas and 500 for renewal, so remember to add 2000 in the rent renewal. No reply on the emails regarding maintenance or security. Rocky team sends you reminders for renewal but…”

“New apartment building... all 2 bedroom apartments... not many families moved in as yet... best option in the area for the best price... only disadvantage is the parking building is in the next plot of land. If you want that facility (parking in the same building),and have 10k more to spend a year check the building next door.”
