“The building only gave 30days notice of eviction after collecting 100AED for biometrics and after increasing rent. Demolition or eviction should be 90days and not 30days. intercom was working fine before and they have collected 100AED for the biometric which is not working most of the time. It was none sense and no considerations for tenants.”

“the bldg emgineer is asking 100 aed per head for the registration to use the biometrics which they installed recently. unacceptable why they are putting this to us tenants shoulder? imagine having 100 person residing in the blgd. easily 10000 aed you will get from us in order for us to use ur biometrics which i cannot understand the intercom is workong just fine and you changes into this biometrics and shut down the intercom. we have no choice but to pay 100 so we can get inside.”
