“For the past 3 years living here, it's been incredibly difficult to find parking. I work and come home at 3 a.m. and there are no more parking slots. When I complained to management, the answer was, "As long as you pass through the gate, you can park anywhere and won't be fined." In fact, I've been fined 1,000 AED for parking issues, even though I'm a resident here. Oddly enough, many school buses park here, and many trucks too. Those of us who pay are losing out to those who live in partitions. So what happens to those who come home from work at 3 a.m.? And you don't provide enough parking for residents! There are still many partitions here, but the ones who suffer are the real residents. I…”

“For the past 3 years living here, it's been incredibly difficult to find parking. I work and come home at 3 a.m. and there are no more parking slots. When I complained to management, the answer was, "As long as you pass through the gate, you can park anywhere and won't be fined." “My experience is poor with Muhra 2 building, we paid for building parking and giving same rent every month and it is closed since long. Every day window glasses are falling and no action is taken. That is why they closed building parking. Now, al khail gate is free parking zone. So, all out siders and commercial vehicles is parking and residents cannot get any parking in the evening 😒 When it comes to building maintenance, there is a centralised system and always delayed service to residents. Renewal contract are delayed from comminity centre after several reminders from our side. Eventhough new building, i will never recommend to anyone.”
