“I really regret being tenant in this building I can’t wait till my tenancy contract ends parking issue they don’t give you parking inside the building & outside there’s no public parking space(you can’t have visitors) 24/7 maintenance since we stepped in either from your neighbor upstairs or generally in building Ac issue never solved( AC not cooling ) Music playing in the night from sweet neighbors which the security can’t do anything about it No playing area for the kids so they play on corridors The building looks nice from outside but inside it’s like a hell. Say good bye for late sleep on Saturdays or Sundays say good bye for your peace Really very bad experience”

“Run away from this building!!! The walls are super thin — you can hear your neighbors all the time. Loud music until 5 AM and security does absolutely nothing. The pool is always broken or under maintenance, and the sound of drilling and construction starts from 9 in the morning. You constantly hear kids playing in the hallways, the broken fire alarm going off all the time, and so much more… I truly regret moving here.”

“it’s such a lovely and nice apartments then family oriented.. and it's like a palace ..Really happy with the building. It's the small things that make a big impact, you never have to wait for an elevator, the gym and the pool are well equipped and taken care of... “There is a serious issue with the AC and nobody is doing anything about it. Very high humidity & the air is not clean. I advise to stay away as I'm leaving very soon.”
