“New apartment building from Al Wasl. Their options are great as well as the amenities. Also, if you're considering to move with your family, this is a place I highly recommend due to its proximity to schools, to a park and Zulekha Hospital.”

“Worst management - if you want peace of mind avoid being tenant of this building. I am tenant and just waiting for my lease to over. I wish i had option of zero star rating. Your complaints will go to deaf ears and will be closed without your consent.”

“New apartment building from Al Wasl. Their options are great as well as the amenities. Also, if you're considering to move with your family, this is a place I highly recommend due to its proximity to schools, to a park and Zulekha Hospital.”

“a. Height of insanity - Too many maintenance issues.. more than 6 times with not working gas lines makes me to take excuse from work and childrens needs to go late to school. Taken outside food for not fixing it on time.. b. All of the sudden the balcony glass got broken by its own which Jeopardize the safety, makes me to question on all the other glazings of bedroom are glass, even after 15 days no reporting done In addition, its namesake full facility where the GYM is not yet been installed even a single equipment so far.. out of all Wasl management thinking have eservice resolves the issues on time but missed to see the loop holes where human take advantage and create discomfort to the people.”
