“No covered parking! 2 floors designed parking but they keep telling us there is no available slot!! Never have seen that in UAE! Update: services are in free fall. gymnasium with poor equipment and lack of maintenance. Update: today a maintenance team was fixing the machine. 👍”

“Noise pollution problem. My neighbors dog doesn't stop barking all day - why is this allowed? I feel like I am living in a zoo. It is not worth it - look somewhere else. You won't get your peace of mind where. The sound tends to echo - that includes dogs barking!”

“The community is really nice and the rooms are good with balcony and good amenities but only gas connection isn’t included with Dewa.. no grocery or supermarkets nearby”
