“4 years ago this building was perfect for families, properly maintained clean and peaceful, BUT now >Noon motorcycle riders creating chaos and disturbances on tenants parking, cigarette butts and tea cups all over the place. (Loud voices and shouting is already a common practice) added to it are unnecessary blowing of horns and REVVING their mc. >Narrow spaces between each car parking. (So dont be surprise if you see door dings all over your car) >The SMELL of cooking food seeps thru the ac vents! Specially in the middle of the night! (Makes me hungry while asleep). >Some tenants lacks of common areas etiquette, improper disposal of waste is an issue.(cockroaches having a party everyday)…”

“The drivers from noon warehouse are consistently spitting, throwing trash and cigarette butts around our building premises. It's not only an eyesore but also a health hazard. The building management needs to step up and complain to whoever is in charge of the Noon warehouse about this issue. Drivers need to be held accountable for their actions and take responsibility for keeping the area clean. Its shocking how mature individuals are behaving this way.”

“-Unpleasant odors and food smells constantly come out of the air conditioning. -Delivery drivers (Noon) gather under and around the building, causing disturbance with their motorbikes and loud voices. -Cockroaches are coming out from everywhere inside the apartment and in the building hallways. -The garbage area is full of cockroaches and lacks cleanliness. -The hallways are poorly ventilated and not clean. -Even though the building has 6 elevators, they only use four, so you end up waiting forever for one to show up (The building consists of 13 floors) Living in Al Salem Tower 2 has become a nightmare for me.”

“Very Bad smell coming from AC 24/7 , informed office no changes happened at all, cockroaches coming from everywhere in the kitchen also informed the office They said we are the ones who should solve the problem .. Noon Horribly annoying , Not all elevators works , you have to wait more than 15 minutes to get down , If you want to use the stairs, the place is dirty, the lights go out quickly, you have to be a runner to arrive in time , There is no sound insulation, external sounds and the voices of neighbors are clearly audible , By the way, there is no security, he is a normal guy sitting there only, I am suffering and I do not recommend it at all 👎🏻👎🏻”
