“​I have lived here for two years. While my initial experience was wonderful, the quality of living has declined significantly over time. While I genuinely appreciate the building’s on-site staff, the administrative team unfortunately seems to lack a focus on customer service. Most concerning, however, is a severe, ongoing cockroach infestation. Despite having my apartment professionally exterminated three times, the issue persists. The problem has become so pervasive that I frequently see them crawling in the building's hallways.”

“Building is good, However any building managed by SBK avoid..they know nothing about customer care and service. Also renewal lease Abdulrahman representative is aggressive and not professional at all. Very bad experience with SBK.”

“Building used to be much better and has steadily declined in quality. The newest thing is that they are collaborating with Al Mareer for car wash services in the building. Vinod took the money for one month car wash and washed the car once and never again. When a company like SBK collaborates with people that commit Fraud it also explains why maintenance issues take 6 months and longer to get fixed. Highly recommend against doing any business with SBK or Vinod from the car wash service.”

“If you want to save your time and energy never rent in this building, better choose another building so bad agencies are dominating changing prices, but first attracting with cheaper. NEVER GO THERE, NEVER CHOOSE THIS BUILDING”

“Worst experience i had with agency working on this building. Never rent here i spent my time and energy accept my honest reviews and better rent in another place rather than in this building. Agency is promising cheaper prices and obtaining and obtaining your documents for contract signing and saying expensive one. God knows what they are doing with your details later on which needs to be confidential.”
