“Disheartening Experience. Deceptive Management.Moving here has been an incredibly stressful and disappointing experience. HSH relies entirely on superficial, flashy appearances to lure people in, but their actual management and maintenance are non-existent.After booking a unit based on the agents' glowing promises, I was left to deal with a broken infrastructure. We are routinely left without working lights and AC. Following up with their maintenance team daily is a completely useless exercise—they offer nothing but childish excuses and empty promises.It is deeply upsetting to see a company have such little respect for its residents' well-being. They only care about your wallet. Do not risk your peace of mind or your money on this building.”

“Horrible, very very unprofessional staffs in office, No Maintenance and says family building, every time it rains No lifts and No water in building, I see that the security disconnects electricity and water for most of the rooms as per the office information, this is ridiculous. The management does not care if it's hot or heavy rains but the service is pathetic. Not at all recommended.”
