Maintenance during urgent matters are always attended & non urgent the very next day. Keep up the good work to the team behind the scenes.”

“BAD PLACE. You can find newer, cleaner and better managed properties elsewhere. We lived here since 2014 and it was good back then. The building and maintenance had been progressively getting worse but the price remained high. There was a massive rodent, rat and cockroach infestation due to poor garbage disposal. Residents leave personal belongings in the hallway causing a safety hazard. The gate to the parking has been broken for 4 years and random cars from non residents will block or steal designated parking spot. This is also a safety hazard. The mgmt is aware but does not do anything. Security is not tight and random solicitors knock on your door even late at night. In the morning all the school buses from nearby schools will block and create a traffic jam. It will take you 30 min just to leave the area. Avoid this place! We finally did and found a cleaner, safer and cheaper place in Al Nahda 1.”
