“Very bad management, no security, alarm is on repeat, new build but is always dirty, management don’t care about your complaints, finishing of the apartment is as bad as it gets, no amenities and is even expensive, they increase the rent 9months after I moved in, they don’t follow RERA regulations and don’t care. FYI you will be washing your car every day because of bird droppings.”

“Overpriced and bad quality building, security never to be found on time, fire alarm is on few times everyday could be 3am or 5am too AC is mostly off in common area”

“One of the worst buildings ever. The security is so rude and none of the security men are there when you need them. They talk badly to you and disrespect the tenants. I would highly unrecommend them”
