“I have never seen such an unprofessional and careless building management team. The biggest issue here is the maintenance supervisor — completely irresponsible and the main reason this building’s condition is a total failure. The maintenance team is useless; the building is dirty, full of bachelors, and cleaning is hardly ever done. The air conditioning systems are at least 10-20 years old and barely work. The lifts are another nightmare — even though there are six, only three or four ever work, and you’ll end up waiting 20–40minutes during mornings and evenings just to get one. “I have never seen such an unprofessional and careless building management team. The biggest issue here is the maintenance supervisor — completely irresponsible and the main reason this building’s condition is a total failure. The maintenance team is useless; the building is dirty, full of bachelors, and cleaning is hardly ever done. The air conditioning systems are at least 10-20 years old and barely work. The lifts are another nightmare — even though there are six, only three or four ever work, and you’ll end up waiting 20–40minutes during mornings and evenings just to get one. It’s honestly shocking if the management is even aware of how bad things are here. The maintenance team and supervisor act without professionalism or accountability. And if you ever decide to leave, be prepared — they will find fake reasons and ridiculous charges to steal your entire security deposit. This building is a perfect example of how poor management and dishonest supervision can destroy what could have been a decent place to live. Totally disappointed and not recommended at all.”

“Very bad, the ac is often not working and they say they are fixing but it is summer and staying for more than a week without ac is not good for they health! We are burning inside our houses and they do not provide alternatives so you are paying to burn in your own house. And the building is always dirty they clean once ever few months! This is just horrible what should we do??”

“Very disappointed with this residential building. The overall construction quality is poor — apartments are very small and not properly finished. There are water leakages and serious maintenance issues that are constantly ignored. The public areas are not cleaned regularly and the facade of the building looks dirty and neglected. Management is extremely slow to respond to any concerns. They don’t provide proper contact numbers and are difficult to reach when help is needed. However, they are very prompt when it comes to asking for payments.”
