What one reviewer said

“This apartment is in very bad condition. It’s old, dirty, and full of insects and cockroaches. There was no cleaning service for almost seven days, and now the apartment smells terrible. The management and real estate team are not reachable, and they don’t care about the residents. There is also no parking security for many days, and it feels unsafe — police come here often. Overall, the service is very poor, and it’s not worth the money. I can’t wait to finish my contract and leave this place.”

Each card is a real, public Google review of this residence, sorted into our ten questions – answered only where the reviewer said something, and marked “Not answered” where they didn’t. Reviews written in other languages are shown in English and labelled. These come from Google, not from verified residents, so they count for only a small part of the HT Score, never as much as a real resident review.

“Good apartment, maybe the oldest around here at DOZ but the accessibility of what you need is here.”
