“Far from the city which makes it wonderful. Its quietness from traffic and the crowd makes it worth to live here. Surrounded by the Academic City (Universities and Higher Education) and by the Royal Bank of Scotland ( last stop of Bus 25 and 320).. Simple living. Simple life.”

“I had a disappointing experience with this residential complex. Several issues made my stay frustrating: * **Poor Management:** The management is unresponsive and unprofessional. They delayed providing the rental contract and only gave me the keys **two weeks after I paid the advance**. * **High Hidden Costs:** During the renewal, they asked for an **admit charge of 7% of the annual rent**, which feels excessive and was not clearly communicated upfront. * **Lack of Maintenance:** The AC doesn't work properly, water pressure is very low, and at times there's no water at all. The cleanliness of the building is also lacking — especially in the **parking area, which often smells bad**. * **Non-Transparent Brokers:** The brokers involved were not transparent about these issues or the actual costs. Overall, I cannot recommend this place unless the management seriously improves their responsiveness, transparency, and maintenance standards.”

“For God's sake we need help! The temperature is 45 degrees we cannot breath properly and no alternative for the AC. Dewa said it is not their problem whatsoever and the maintenance said they are working on it has been many days very long time i doubt they are working. This is horrible! What should we do someone help!! It is not our problem if old tenants refuse to pay more and the law is on their side, we should not be suffering because of someone else. If they want to cut the ac on the tenants who are not paying more rent they should find solution not do this kind of things! Unacceptable”

“The building is not clean at all. Many cockroaches are in the building. Tenants are careless. They feed animals in the building. One time, in front of my unit , there was an animal pee. They don’t take care of building good.”

“It is an old building complex compared to other residential buildings in dubai, the place has small to medium studios it is a bit remote so there isn't a lot to do but overall a good enough place to stay”
