“The building and apartments look good, but unfortunately the behavior of the sales team may damage the company’s reputation. One of the agents, Mr. Dharam, showed very little respect toward callers and potential clients. During our conversation, he provided misleading information and then changed the company’s policies within a few hours. His communication was unprofessional and dismissive. I was extremely disappointed by the way the conversation was handled and chose to end the call rather than continue the argument. What was more concerning was his attitude toward customer feedback, as he stated, “You have all the rights to do whatever you can,” showing complete disregard for client concerns and reviews. I would strongly advise looking elsewhere if you value respect and transparency. Terrible!”

“I enquired 2 bed room flat here , They are the shared the price for 2 bed - room rent - 75,000.00 ( one-day-before on call it was 70,000.00 ) - deposit 3,750.00 - commission - 3,938.00 - Ejari - 250.00 The next one is excited for me . They are itself is confirmed its a chiller free building . However , we need to pay 5000 + vat - 5,250.00. I don’t recommend these kind of sales team to be the part of market or in these real estate . These kind of pricing is killing the market and trust to the real estate . Thanks nihad such a wonderful pricing .”

“Real estate and maintenance is zero they take your deposits for their own maintaince default they are never polite with you after taking so much money of rent then also they feel they are giving u property for free.If you want to die than only u can go n live in this building .”
