“once you move out , your deposit will deduct most , and if you not follow up the deposit , you will never get it, also , they use a gas company name berg technical service llc , same case , when you move out , you have to follow up every when , they charge the meter reading ,and disconnection fee 85 aed (total deposit 200), i do not understand , its not their responsibility to do so since you paid for the service every month already ?”

“Brand new, nice lobby, supermarket, restaurant only 1 minute walk away. Good location to live , family oriented building. If you are looking to rent here , rent it asap. Because it new.”
