“We’ve been living in this apartment building for a few months now, and the experience has been terrible. There are constantly insects — cockroaches and small bugs — in the hallways and even inside the apartments. The neighbors are unhygienic: they leave trash in the corridors and make a lot of noise late at night. The air conditioners in the common hallway and the gym don’t work, making those areas stuffy and unpleasant. The property management company is completely unresponsive — they ignore complaints and do nothing to solve the issues. I would never recommend this place to anyone. Also they delete comments”

“We’ve been living in this apartment building for a few months now, and the experience has been terrible. “The worst building I have been living in Dubai,poor quality of maintenance non competent and on top of that, they try to save every single penny from you.... they don't fix the AC in the corridor to save money and in the gym ... the water pipe was leaking because it's bad quality which cost only 25 aed they asked me for 125 aed to change it. building infested with warms and bags which even coming from the drainage and the floors which are old. the windows are old and has gaps with walls which it keeps the heat,the smell of the landfill and mosquitos goes inside. the management don't care,rude and they don't act to fix things .. . Being in this building was the biggest mistake we made. Leaking from the roof was not fixed. AC filters never has been changed. maintenance issues are every week ,every week there is something not working. it's big list if issues and it affected our peace where we should live .”
