What one reviewer said

“This community is a hidden gem in Dubai. It's smaller and less well known than Arabian Ranches right next door but is filled with a tight knit community of long time residents and personally one of my favorite communities in Dubai.”

From Google Reviewers

Each card is a real, public Google review of this residence, sorted into our ten questions – answered only where the reviewer said something, and marked “Not answered” where they didn’t. Reviews written in other languages are shown in English and labelled. These come from Google, not from verified residents, so they count for only a small part of the HT Score, never as much as a real resident review.

“Very nice community. Quiet and safe, with accessible small shops, a gym, a pool, a sauna, and of course, the convenient immediate access to Al Qudra Cycling Track.”

“Community is good, well maintained and communicated. Villas are somewhat spacious but they are not quite because you either have the noise of the AC machines on the rooftop if you live on the 1st floor or the water pump machines if on the ground floor. Also, it is a disaster if it rains because if on the 1st floor all the water accumulated on the balcony gets inside your living/dining room which becomes completely flooded because of the too small balcony drain. Same if you live on the ground floor, gardens are completely flooded (20 cm of water that finish inside the house).”

“Nice small gated community, great pool and convenient shop within. Good basketball court but lacks a quality kids playground. Close to Gems Metropole school and Sustainable City where there are nice restaurants and cafe. Spinneys supermarket has recently opened which is very convenient.”
