“One star is more than what this building deserves! 1- poor quality apartments in terms of finishing: uneven tiles, black mold under the sink, windows and balcony’s doors can’t be closed well. 2- building’s parking entrance/exit is risky, the right side is totally blocked, it’s dangerous exit. 3- the security staff “yemi” should be fired, literally every tenant in this building is complaining from his behavior and attitude. 4- no matter how many emails you send to the management, trust me you will never get a response..”

“I’m a resident here, and I want to highlight some points: *The building has a poor ventilation system. Cooking smells from apartments in the lobby of each floor, and lot of times sewers smell.. it’s really disgusting. *The finishing is extremely poor, uneven tiles, bad windows and doors quality, and now I find black mold under the sink because of licking all time. *The exit of the parking is very dangerous, the left side is totally blocked; they should find a solution for this issue. *Finally; their security/reception person’s attitude he’s name “yemi”, he has an attitude problem, everyone in the building has a issue with him. he doesn’t know how to communicate properly and Almost all neighbors are complaining about him, the management should do something about it.”

“This building is great all things considered. Sure, there are a few minor things that could be better but overall - it has nice finishings, a modern look, spacious compared to other new builds and Yemi (the security) is the best I've encountered in Dubai! He gets everything done pronto.”

“Maintenance team are ok they come but don’t expect them to do a great job and sizes are good but the location is not the best. The fire alarm will go 16 times a day morning and night especially 2 3 am and it can go for minutes so move in if you like to sleep on the sound of fire alarms and noise from the gym because the floor is not sealed. Horrible. The entrance of the building is in-front of a mountain of sand and rocks. The Neighbors are noisy and corridors will smell from their cooking. Basically no amenities at all the pool is small and has no umbrellas but to be fair it has some cheap white plastic chairs, the gym is so small and although its only 7 floors the elevator takes too long but with all of this they try to price it like other developers and apartments in Arjan but they don’t even have 1% of the quality.”

“As a resident he's my breakdown: + Big balconies and relatively bigger rooms and kitchens, nice layout for the big apartments. + Calm family atmosphere low-rise - Low quality finishing, streaky tiles, the paint and plaster quality is bad, shower glass divider is narrow so water still comes out - Security is many times not available and/or tactless - Fire alarm blares in the building 10-15 times a daywith no clear explanation or message to the tenants - 4-5 months of horrible noise because they decided to build a few apartments on the roof. The dust choked our AC compressors and hiked our Dewa bills - AC filters need regular cleaning and ducts prone to blockage even though the building has been open for less than a year - Renewal time, they ask for more than the legal limit (RERA) - Management that does not respond to email or calls regularly.”
