During our visit, we noticed a strong burned smell coming from unit 513 that spread throughout the hallway. In front of the door, there were burned used matches thrown on the floor, candles placed on both sides of the entrance, and old spoiled plants hanging above the door attracting insects.

For anyone with children or family, I personally would not consider this a safe or healthy environment. The condition around unit 513 was very concerning. The door itself appeared dirty and oily, and we noticed multiple cockroaches and flies around the area, including cockroaches of different sizes coming from that unit. I also took photos documenting these issues.
In addition, we noticed signs of poor building maintenance in other flats as well, including swollen doors, water damage inside walls, and walls starting to deteriorate.
I spoke with management regarding these concerns, but unfortunately it did not seem to be taken seriously. A building’s environment and the behavior of neighboring tenants directly affect the quality of living for everyone.”

“The building is infested with cockroaches. Every week we find cockroaches, even though we keep the apartment clean and don’t leave any food out of the fridge. On top of that, we’ve been living here for seven months and still haven’t received the property contract… they’ve kept the two copies we signed.”

“Our water heater has been broken for almost 10 days now, and despite calling multiple times and following up continuously, no one has come to fix it yet.
This is unacceptable and shows a lack of responsibility and urgency. The overall services in the apartment are not up to standard, and maintenance response is extremely slow.
I hope management takes this seriously and improves their service.”

“Worst building ever!! Full of cockroaches everywhere! Even when I tried to contact the building management they said we already did the pest control and other tenants didn’t complain! I cant believe their reply on my issue! Sometimes I see cockroaches walking on the doors”

“To be honest this is just very bad building and full of cockroaches, every time we talk to the support team and they said no cockroaches.
The funny part is that we share videos and images and they still say nothing?!
