“When I arrived in the building, one of the reasons I was convinced to sign the contract is the free maintenance. Now they are charging money for everything. There is an AC issue from the building roof which affected my AC in the apartment. So they charged me for an issue that is out of my control. Very bad maintenance policies focusing on money and not customer service. Also, the smell of the food nieghbours are cooking is always coming inside my AC.”
