“Nice apartment in a lovely neighbourhood with a decent gym, sauna, indoor playground and rooftop swimming pool. Close to the mosque and 10 to 15mins walk to the beach. Ever since the supermarket opened, it has been non stop noise and air pollution from the trucks, throughout the day. We eventually left this place as such issues were not addressed despite the complaints.”

“New building, great location near the beach, nice view, good gym and pool, decent neighbours... BUT the Lulu supermarket which is in the basement and under the apparments is a huge inconvenience due to the constant noise! Many trucks coming during night and early morning to supply the goods. People in supermarket working throught the whole night 10pm till 6am eventhought it is a residential building! management ignored our complaints! Due to this, I dont recommend.”
