What one reviewer said

“I haven’t had many complaints since I moved. Watchman is responsive and well mannered. However, the maintenance is not proactive. Recently, there have been too many issues with water and as you can see from the picture, the colour is constant in all taps. Apparently maintenance does not work after 4pm or on the weekend. How is one supposed to do anything without water? Who am I supposed to contact for maintenance. Watchman is nice but I think he has been instructed not to give contact details because for some reason we cannot contact maintenance ourselves. Even the person I contact is not responsible, just a coordinator. How can emergency situations be handled? After everything, without in…”

From Google Reviewers

Each card is a real, public Google review of this residence, sorted into our ten questions – answered only where the reviewer said something, and marked “Not answered” where they didn’t. Reviews written in other languages are shown in English and labelled. These come from Google, not from verified residents, so they count for only a small part of the HT Score, never as much as a real resident review.

“Please do not rent a unit here. They force you to pay fake fines and never give you an English receipt. In the Arabic receipt, they just write whatever they want. Please be careful with anything you take from them.”

Even the person I contact is not responsible, just a coordinator. How can emergency situations be handled? After everything, without informing us the time, they just sent the plumber at 1.30 pm on Monday. And then they said “if he goes now, he won’t come back.” What kind of pressure is this. Literally have to leave work, and rush home and there is no guarantee that the work will be completed.”

“Do not move into this building. The worst management company I have ever come across. They turn the AC and fresh air handling unit off in my building even in the summer months to save money at the expense of residents. My DEWA bill went from 700 to 1300 AED/ month thanks to them turning off the AC all evening and all night. Worst part is no one will help you, I’ve tried to call 7 different people and literally they don’t care at all. This is an illegal practice and I will be filing a complaint with the Land department.”

“I’ve never seen a building without AC or at least some kind of airflow in the hallways, elevators, lobby. Is the management trying to save money at our expense? Or even turning off the garage parking in 5 seconds right after the car passes by. I almost tripped in the garage because of how pitch black it becomes in no time. I hope this message goes to the top management as nobody wants to take responsibility.”

“They turn off the AC for the entire building lobby and hallways throughout the entire summer. This causes our AC bill to be 1300 aed in the months of July/August! We try to complain about the AC being shut off in the lobby but they just shut it off again or don’t do anything.”

“The apartment is functional, but when you have a problem, no one knows how to do anything, everyone passes the buck. They left me 3 days without air conditioning in the summer with my babies, which is forbidden in the Emirates, and after turning on the air conditioning, they blocked my access to the parking.”
