Each card is a real, public Google review of this residence, sorted into our ten questions – answered only where the reviewer said something, and marked “Not answered” where they didn’t. Reviews written in other languages are shown in English and labelled. These come from Google, not from verified residents, so they count for only a small part of the HT Score, never as much as a real resident review.

“The building is very nice, clean! Very nice place to leave, security and maintenance very friendly!
About the management, BE CAREFUL!! I have to chase them for 20 days to give me my deposit back!
Plus, they deducted me 1400 AED!!!!!!!!!!! For cleaning a studio, when the place had normal use and was handed over in perfect condition. They had to do deep cleaning in every single item, although not needed ( sofa was covered 24/7 but they said they needed to do deep cleaning anyway) at least you mention in the contract those things!
Because of this I would not rent!”

“I have been living at Amara Residence for the past three years, and I can confidently say it has been an exceptional experience. This building truly meets the highest standards in every aspect, making it a fantastic place to call home.
From the moment I moved in, the friendly and professional staff have always gone above and beyond to ensure a comfortable living environment. The management team is attentive, responsive, and genuinely cares about residents' well-being.
One of the standout features of Amara Residence is the outstanding maintenance team. Any issue I’ve had—big or small—has been handled with incredible efficiency and speed. They are not only skilled but also courteous and respectful, making the entire process seamless.
Beyond that, the building itself is well-maintained, clean, and offers a welcoming atmosphere. Whether it’s the amenities, security, or overall upkeep, everything is kept in top condition.
If you're looking for a residence that combines comfort, excellent service, and a great community, Amara Residence is the perfect choice. I highly recommend it!”

“I have been living at Amara Residences since 3 years (since completion of the building) and can only say positive things about the management and building itself.
The property is managed by D&B, and Antar is responsible. He is always very helpful and polite. Ambu (dayshift security) and Umar (nightshift security) are just as amazing. In general, anyone working here, is truly great!
If you've lived in the UAE for a while, you will understand how much one can appreciate a fair landlord & building management. All in all, this is the best building I have lived in, in the UAE so far.”
