“I strongly do not recommend living in this building. The experience has been very disappointing due to the unprofessional management and poor cleanliness of the premises. The DEWA bills are extremely high, and when it comes time to move out, be prepared for a frustrating process. They will unfairly deduct your deposit, often charging double the amount under the excuse of maintenance—thanks to the unreliable maintenance company they use. It’s been a truly bad experience overall, and I will never deal with Al Ali Property again. Think twice before choosing this place. 👎👎👎👎👎”
