“Very loud Alarms for no reason in Ar1 tower waking up our little one and got really scared!!!!!!!! Guess what !! U think it’s occasionally??? NO ! It happens twice a week ! Don’t tell me it’s normal I have never seen this before in any other tower!!!!!!
I don’t know why no one is taking action here!!!!!
This tower deserves less than one star
Very disappointed with this tower’s management. We followed the Dubai Municipality’s instructions for bulky waste removal and even confirmed with security, yet we still got fined! Totally unfair and unprofessional — residents shouldn’t be punished for following the rules.
NB everything is forbidden in commun areas like you want to take a breath ? you probably should think twice!”

“If you’re trying to come as a tenant please please avoid to take the The apartment, the building from outside looks very good. The Maintenance team of the society is worst. If you have any emergency, they won’t come until and unless the emergencies finish and this is not just comment . It is my personal experience here so if you’re looking, if you have small kids, do not take this apartment here.”
