“The management of this building is terrible, impossible to communicate with, and never honors commitments. They often contact tenants using private phone numbers and emails, requesting various ID documents. The building manager is very rude when communicating, shouting and completely unprofessional, with no decorum. He denies everything he has previously said—very rude. After moving out, they also refuse to provide inspection reports and it's very difficult to recover the security deposit. Rent increases every year, and they charge unfairly. Strongly not recommended, do not live here.”

“Why they do not use some spray to kill insects 🐜, room is clean but it coming from where we do now know !! Please the management of this building spend some money 💴 for spray . Thank you so much”

“No answer from the management i’ve been trying to contact them from 3-4 days i have left whatsapp and also the calls i made no one bothers to call back”
