From Google Reviewers

Each card is a real, public Google review of this residence, sorted into our ten questions – answered only where the reviewer said something, and marked “Not answered” where they didn’t. Reviews written in other languages are shown in English and labelled. These come from Google, not from verified residents, so they count for only a small part of the HT Score, never as much as a real resident review.

“One of the Best Waterfront Off-Plan Projects in Dubai! Arya by Citi Developers is truly a standout among Dubai’s luxury waterfront developments. From the moment I discovered this project, I was impressed by the attention to detail, elevated design, and unique neo-luxury concept. The location on Dubai Islands offers a rare blend of tranquility and skyline views—perfect for anyone looking to invest in something truly special.”
