“I was visiting a friend. There is no parking for guest. They have to park outside on the main road. The apartments themselves are fitted with AC/Heat & extraction. The apartment themselves have 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms with WC and a separate individual WC next to the living room. There is a kitchen with adequate power sockets and gas for the hob and Oven. If not kept clean there will be a infestation of cockroaches. There are two watchmen that take care of the building and are available if you need your car cleaning, about 100UED per month. There are two balconies, both bedrooms and living room. You can see downtown from these balconies. There is a lot of construction taking place around…”

“The building is beautiful and the building guard cares about residents, but their maintenance service is not of high quality and there is a problem with the air conditioning.”

“I was visiting a friend. There is no parking for guest. They have to park outside on the main road. The apartments themselves are fitted with AC/Heat & extraction. The apartment themselves have 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms with WC and a separate individual WC next to the living room. There is a kitchen with adequate power sockets and gas for the hob and Oven. If not kept clean there will be a infestation of cockroaches. There are two watchmen that take care of the building and are available if you need your car cleaning, about 100UED per month. There are two balconies, both bedrooms and living room. You can see downtown from these balconies. There is a lot of construction taking place around the area. There is a local mosque and plenty of amenities. Such as supermarkets, 24 hour grocery stores, gym, fast food and a pharmacy. The reason for 3 because of the area is so untidy. People tend to through there rubbish on the road. They are too lazy to put them in the trashcans. The area is multicultural.”
