“My experience renting in Axis 1 Residence Block C was not very good. The apartment we stayed in was not well maintained. On our first day, the faucet was broken and my husband had to pay from his own pocket to fix it. The security staff were not very polite and not approachable. The gym equipment can still be used, but some equipment is worn out, so you have to be careful when using it. On the positive side, the hallway is clean, the building feels safe, and the parking is okay.”

“The building is good, its old but clean. One thing I hate is the security they are not polite at all especially the Nigerian guy, he is too much strict as if he owns the building, too much asking questions literally everyday.”

“Axis 1 Residences Block C & D is one of the best places for families. Despite the building being around 15 years old, it has been very well-maintained and offers a comfortable, secure environment.”
