“Extremely Poor Service – AC Issue Remain Unresolved for 21 Days now. I am extremely disappointed with the service from the facilities management team in this building. AC issue remains Unresolved for 21 Days now and despite repeated calls and follow-ups, no one has provided current updates ended no one has taken our calls for now. This delay is unacceptable and has caused significant disruption, especially as we are working from home. The lack of communication and urgency shows a complete disregard for residents’ concerns. I expected a basic level of service for what is clearly a minor issue, but this has been mishandled entirely. A telephone number is provided, yet no one answers the calls. Even the staff on the ground are unresponsive. This is very poor service and one of the worst facilities management experiences I have had in the UAE. I hope Daytona will look into this matter on an urgent basis. Every time there is an issue, the facilities management team is extremely slow to respond, despite all required payments being made. Their attitude is unprofessional and makes dealing with them very difficult.”

“Building management are to slow to rectify all issues of the building. No water for entire building happens often and when lift is not working it takes couple of days before it get fix. And this week with the heavy rain, building dont have water and electricity for two days, compare to the opposite buildi g accross the street they manage to put the electricity back. Very unhappy with the building management.”

“Building management are to slow to rectify all issues of the building. No water for entire building happens often and when lift is not working it takes couple of days before it get fix.
