“No reception, on the name of gym 2 machines are available. Swiming pool is never clean. I have been living in this building for 2 years, they have not bee able to fix one of my toilet., when they charge AED 3000 for maintenance. Along with rent they charge gas more than AED 800 a year without meter one time payment. Also every year AED 1050 admin fee. They will not respond to any other request, calls or email but when 2 months to renew the contract they will email, call msg non stop asking when you will come to renew. Worst admin you and customer service i have ever experienced.”
