moved here almost two years ago, when the building was extremely new, from the beginning had pest problems, tiny bugs in the kitchen, ac problems as you can see in the extreme summer heat our ac gives 29°C, and the fire alarm goes off in the middle of the night and very early morning for some reason almost everyday.
maintenance does not seem to care, office does not respond to emails and this is so frustrating.
This building could’ve easily had so much potential but realistically you pay them rent so that you can suffer.”

Ms.Roshan was truly my lucky key. I came across an attractive advertisement she posted for Ayesha Tower at a time when I was desperately looking for a clean, well maintained apartment in Al Jaddaf from the very beginning, Roshan was incredibly responsive, professional, and efficient. She arranged the viewing quickly, answered all my questions with patience, and made the entire rental process smooth and stress-free
What impressed me most about Roshan was her professionalism, politeness, and dedication
She is hardworking, genuinely cares about her clients, and goes the extra mile to ensure everything is handled properly
It has now been a week since I moved into my apartment ,the building is clean, well-managed, and very well maintained. The maintenance team and the administrative staff, under Roshan's supervision, have been cooperative, friendly, and quick to respond whenever needed

“I had an issue with my AC and contacted Roshan for assistance. She responded immediately and arranged for a team to come and fix the problem without any delay. Her professionalism, quick response, and excellent customer service truly impressed me. She made sure everything was handled smoothly and followed through until the issue was resolved. “I’d put a lower star rating if it was possible
1. It’s been over 10 days with no AC in the July august heat.. still no repair ! Even after raising online requests.. following up.. NOTHING! Zero!
2. The common areas are filthy and never cleaned in months
3. Zero security.. at reception and if you lose something small from the common areas.. they will never share the security camera footage with you… so one wonders… why? Who is stealing? And it’s feels silly to raise police complaints for small stuff and yet.. they will demean you.. laugh at you and insult you… that’s the Maintenance Team Staff for you!
4. The exterior glass has never been cleaned in 2 years.. the equipment is always kept outside to mislead but the building is never cleaned
5. The fire alarm is still broken since 2 years.. and blasts loud alarms.. twice a day! EVERYDAY! At ANYTIME!”

“Avoid this building if you value peace of mind!
Security is almost nonexistent. There seems to be no proper access control, as salespeople regularly knock on apartment doors and cleaning companies leave flyers under my door almost every day. It’s hard to believe anyone is monitoring who enters the building
The fire alarm is an ongoing nightmare. It goes off 5–7 times a day on some days, making it nearly impossible to sleep, work, or relax. This has been happening since the day I moved in, yet management has failed to permanently fix the issue despite it continuing for years
Maintenance is equally frustrating. They’re quick to say they’ll look into an issue, but actually getting someone to resolve it is another story. Expect to wait days just for a response, and even then the problem often remains. I’ve been reporting the same air conditioning issue for the past two years, and they still haven’t managed to make it cool the apartment properly.
The building has potential, but poor management, weak security, constant false fire alarms, and ineffective maintenance completely ruin the experience. I won’t be renewing my lease, and I wouldn’t recommend this building to anyone looking for a comfortable place to live
