“If you take a room in Ayla 1, be prepared for serious disappointment. This building is 99% bachelors, and unfortunately there is very poor hygiene and cleanliness in common areas. My room has required maintenance for the last 15 days. I have sent multiple emails and complaints, but there has been no proper response. Every time they just say “give us 1 day” or “2 days,” but nothing gets fixed. The management is extremely slow and unresponsive. Very frustrating experience. In my opinion, this is one of the worst buildings in JVC.”

“If you take a room in Ayla 1, be prepared for serious disappointment. This building is 99% bachelors, and unfortunately there is very poor hygiene and cleanliness in common areas. “I stayed in Ayla 1 .. I really enjoyed the place and environment and the building was near to FIVE hotel. At night the Fire alarm came we shocked and scared but the Building guard (Wekaas) he explained and assisted us very well that someone was smoking shesha inside the room.. he was so quick and he was so smart.. I would like to stay here for long soon”
