“Extremely disappointing experience with this building management. The lack of responsibility and attention towards tenants is unacceptable. For more than two and a half weeks, my apartment has had a serious AC problem. The AC is not working at all — there is no proper cooling, and the situation has become impossible to tolerate. The worst part is the strong sewage/toilet smell coming from the AC system the apartment fills with an unbearable sewage-like smell. This is a serious hygiene and living condition issue, and despite reporting it multiple times, the management has still not taken proper action or provided a solution. A tenant should not have to live for weeks with a non-functioning…”

“VERY STRONG GAS SMELL!!! I live in Apartment 901, and on 13 July 2026, there was a very strong gas smell in my apartment. This has happened twice already. Security said there was no gas leak, but my apartment doesn’t even have a gas connection since I only use electric cooking equipment. The smell is so strong that it’s difficult to stay inside, which makes me believe it’s coming from another unit or the building’s gas system. I hope the building management takes this recurring issue seriously and conducts a proper investigation for the safety of all residents.”

“VERY STRONG GAS SMELL!!! I live in Apartment 901, and on 13 July 2026, there was a very strong gas smell in my apartment. This has happened twice already. A tenant should not have to live for weeks with a non-functioning AC and sewage smells inside their home, especially in this weather. On top of the maintenance failures, the building itself is poorly managed, including the lack of proper cleaning of the facade and common areas. The way tenants are treated is also disappointing. When concerns are raised, the response is often arrogant, rude, and disrespectful instead of professional and helpful. Tenants deserve a clean, safe, and comfortable home — and management should take responsibility when serious problems are reported.”

“They didn’t give me time to clean the apartment. And took 200 aed for cleaning. My move out was today, and I hired a cleaner but they didn’t wanted to give me time for that. They just want to take your last money. Security is hitting on you. Cockroaches are everywhere. It’s a lot money for me. And I feel not safe. Don’t disturb security he is busy living on TikTok every night, can’t ask for anything.”
