What one reviewer said

“Here on Dubai Islands very interesting new leisure facilities are being created with marinas, restaurants, clubs, hotels, real estate projects such as Azura and others e. g. the second largest shopping mall in Dubai. A new bridge is coming also. A masterplan with a great future to invest. Update June 2026: I bought a 2BR flat here in 2024. At first, I had my doubts as to whether it was a good idea. But now I’m really impressed, both by the project and, in particular, by IGO. Construction work is progressing rapidly, and IGO send out monthly newsletters detailing the exact progress of the work, complete with plenty of photos. That’s exemplary.”

From Google Reviewers

Each card is a real, public Google review of this residence, sorted into our ten questions – answered only where the reviewer said something, and marked “Not answered” where they didn’t. Reviews written in other languages are shown in English and labelled. These come from Google, not from verified residents, so they count for only a small part of the HT Score, never as much as a real resident review.

“As a Dubai Islands expert, I like this project: downtown, sea and sunset panorama all in one! I visited the construction site multiple times in early 2026. I attached pictures. Everything is according to plan, it will be handed over soon. We are selling several apartments on the 9th floor, as a RERA licensed agent I am happy to help anyone.”
