“I have been living in Azurite Tower for the past 3 years, so I feel I can give an honest review based on my experience.
While the apartments themselves are spacious, bright, and comfortable, unfortunately the management and building services leave a lot to be desired.
* Reception staff often do not greet residents, and on many occasions there is no one at reception at all.
* Building maintenance is very poor. Despite paying expensive annual maintenance fees, residents are often charged again when problems arise.
* Common areas are frequently dirty and not properly maintained.
* The fire alarms go off extremely loudly and far too often, causing unnecessary disturbance.
* Repairs and maintenance requests take an unreasonably long time to be resolved.
* Parking is a constant problem. Residents often occupy spaces that are not theirs, there is no visitor parking, people park in unauthorized areas, and the parking garage itself is dirty.
* Management is difficult to contact and communication is poor.
* Considering the high fees charged, the level of service is simply unacceptable.
The building has great potential because the apartments are nice, but the management and maintenance standards seriously affect the quality of life. After three years living here, the only thing I want is to move out.”

“We’ve been renting here for more than a year, and the experience has been very disappointing, especially during the summer. The air conditioning has been a constant issue, and despite repeated maintenance requests, the problem remains unresolved.
The building maintenance and management are extremely poor. They don’t communicate properly, fail to inspect issues in a timely manner, and provide little to no updates. The building manager, Basma, is also unresponsive and does not handle residents’ concerns professionally.
We’ve been struggling for over a week with both the apartment AC and the bathroom exhaust not working. During the peak of summer, this is completely unacceptable. It’s frustrating to pay rent and still have to deal with basic maintenance issues without receiving proper support or timely resolution.”

“It’s only two year old building as of now. I came in last year with a feeling that new building Maintainence will be good. AC will not work properly, we can see cockroaches also moving around which are developed due to improper Maintainence Glass is never cleaned and looks very dirty. Building rented out the commercial shops to car rental shops At least 5 car rental shops are there in the same building and when ever we come out of the building or going into building will be difficult most of the times as they keep the cars on the road. Night time noise with those vehicle honking and engine raise driving is additional negative to stay here and today’s (30th July 2025) new surprise is raining in the building. Also so many cars will be parked in un authorised area and even after repeated complaints no one bothers to take the action to stop that un authorised activity. This may lead to accidents in the parking area of building itself .

Recently after appointing the new apartment manager who is very inquisitive to listen all the problems took some initiative, made the lobbly clean and resolved certain issues of parking problems. During the same time, parking fee is implemented in Jadaff and most of the car rental companies vacated the building and this is the one more reason for reduction of un authorised parking issue.
Intercom dont work in my flat and heard the same from other residents too. Car parking area is never maintained clean.
While making the initial agreement there was no additional maintainence charge but not Recently they are charging additional amount.
They have implemented ERP system recently and when we mention any problem in it, we get a automated email but no one will address.
Building glasses were cleaned as per the staff but my flat glasses are still dirty and i dont understand why did they not check with every resident and take consent, before paying the vendor.”
