Pros: -location -size -cleanness -fast response from the SBK team if any inquiry Cons: -the main door and the parking door are always open anyone can enter without card or access code, no security. -Ac off on floors corridors, food smell all daylong. -you can hear practically everything going on at your neighbors and for sure they can hear too. -the lobby is kinda sitting area for outside ppl because of no security. - there is always something to maintain in the apartment, never ends.”

“at the beginning there was a security officer and access card but no there is no security at all , people parking their cars on the platform just on front of the main door , only watchman who is cleaning the floor and washing cars only, we smell everything from neighbors smoke, cigarettes', cooking, cofee, the noise like they live in the same room with you”

“Worst building in the world. Sound insulation ratio is 0% - there is absolutely no insulation whatsoever to the point that you can hear water sounds and neighbors' conversations. From personal experience, I do not recommend anyone to live in Baiti 1 or Baiti 2 building. To be fair, the company managing the building is very excellent but there is a defect in the construction. The reception/building management is excellent despite the crowding.”
