“This building is New.. it was previously maintained by Majid Al Futhim Group and now its been Handed over to SBK for maintenance. Ever since SBK has taken over the the maintenance has been horrible and the response time is way too long.. Yes the outer picture is very well presented by SBK to attract new tenants but inside the unit maintenance efficiency is zero.. i have had wall with water leakage for 5 months and still its not completed.. Bathroom ventilators are not functioning.. Basically SBK is a money minded company so all they care is if you have paid the rent. I wouldn't advise new tents to join in if its maintenance is still under SBK”

“BAKS is known as Bait Al Khair building. Located just opposite to the Dubai Carmel school in Al Nahda . Very much new building, easily accessible. There is security at the entrance itself for all details to enquire. Building is very neatly maintained with safety too.”
