“If I could give 0 stars I would. The building material is poor and the quality of components installed like the water heater and wiring are all falling apart. Maintenance is the worst service I have ever experienced in Dubai and not a single person will return your calls or emails. Horrible experience living here with a rent that is way overpriced. I do not recommend this building.”

“If I could give 0 stars I would. The building material is poor and the quality of components installed like the water heater and wiring are all falling apart. Maintenance is the worst service I have ever experienced in Dubai and not a single person will return your calls or emails. Horrible experience living here with a rent that is way overpriced.
