“Things you MUST know before moving into this building: - ZERO SOUNDPROOF, you literally hear everything and anything happening around you whether in the streets or at your neighbor’s specially the 1st floor where you get to wake up everyday to the loudest noise that literally ruins your day ( BATTLE ROPE AT THE GYM!!) 8 years in Dubai and never ever saw a facility gym with such antisocial equipment!! - The management (Deyaar) is the rudest most incompetent company in Dubai, they make your life hell to move in and out, loads of unnecessary paperwork, permits, back and forth mails, they even asked us to get an approval from the AC company to move out, and when you complain about the noisy rope, they explicitly say and quoting “you didn’t know about this before moving in? The whole community approved this rope” - Finally, good luck with the new construction site right outside your balcony!”

“Belgravia 1 day shift security is very bad attitude he don’t have sense how to talk with Visitor’s he don’t have manners he has should be stand and talk politely not shouting to show the bad image of Deyaar FM Company and Ellington Standards please give advise to him to co-ordinate with People not to Pretend that i am Something very High we are all equal respect to people”

“I love this home, its really amazing place to live. The green area is amazing. And the pool is large! The lifeguards are the best. Anyone trying to buy a home here, i suggest you do it’s totally worth it.”

“I would not recommend to anyone moving to the community, I have been facing isolation issues, constant noise in the apartment and after many complains to community management no actions were taken, which makes my living a nightmare! No one cares, I only get we are sorry, which clearly doesn’t help. Very disappointing.”
