“Save yourself the trouble and avoid this building.
Based on my experience living here for two years:
* The exterior windows were not cleaned even once during the entire two-year period.
* Although the building is relatively new, the materials used are very poor quality. For example, the kitchen countertop stains and discolours extremely quickly and is very difficult to clean. The coating on the bathtub also started peeling off. Of course, management may still try to charge you for these issues when you move out.
* We experienced frequent air-conditioning problems for two years. The AC either stopped working or produced an unpleasant smell. Repairs took a very long time every single time.
* The management is generally very poor and unhelpful. This is also reflected in the constant tenant turnover—people rarely stay in the building for long.
* The rent is increased every year.
* The fire alarm used to go off almost daily and was extremely loud. Thankfully, this has improved.
Overall, I would not recommend this building. It may look modern from the outside, but the poor-quality materials, recurring maintenance issues and bad management make living here extremely frustrating.”

“Zeeshan, the daytime caretaker, is rarely available when needed and almost never answers the phone. Communication is very difficult, and his attitude towards residents is often rude and aggressive. Unfortunately, his lack of professionalism and presence makes it frustrating to get assistance when issues arise.”

“Firealarm everyday anyday all the time 🫠 there at least one everyday and if your lucky youd get 5 of them. Theres usually 3 on average per day.
It goes off in the morning, afternoon, night, dawn and especially when your sleeping. The fire alarms are inside the bedroom and its sound like hell, so you will definitely wake up in shock.
They love raising the rent despite how horrible the conditions are. Dont live here theres so many other nearby options you can live in that are cheaper and dont make you have a heart attack at 3 am every morning.
Since the firealarms go off all the time, the elevators dont work for a while. So you'd have to wait until you can get out to work.
They charge way more than other places, if others are charging 110k theyre charging 140k. Honestly, they should charge way less considering how bad the fire alarms are.
Thats why everyone is moving out!”
