“I booked a apartment in Binghatti Cullinan based on the promised handover timeline of approximately 18 months. Since booking, I have been making every payment on time as per the agreed schedule. However, despite repeated requests over the past several months, Binghatti has failed to provide any meaningful construction progress update, project milestones, or expected completion status. Customer Care only sends generic template replies without answering specific questions. As an investor, transparency is essential, and this experience has significantly reduced my confidence in the project.”
