From Google Reviewers

Each card is a real, public Google review of this residence, sorted into our ten questions – answered only where the reviewer said something, and marked “Not answered” where they didn’t. Reviews written in other languages are shown in English and labelled. These come from Google, not from verified residents, so they count for only a small part of the HT Score, never as much as a real resident review.

“Bought few leftover apartments in nearly sold out project. However, miraculously a few days later, it turns out that building is far from sold out, and apartment prices got cheaper as well. If you bought early bad units at inflated prices, binghatti says thank you.”
