“It a nice place to live in. But unfortunately they need to gameup their management services. Like the gym is shut down for ages. No one is listening to renovate it. Then their are no strict policies for people trashing the building. You will find trash everywhere. Even the ducts are filled with trash lying around the duct room. So in the parking. Even after so many requests to renovate the gym and make it usable for the tenants or residents, no one is doing anything about it. Also in need of help, some of the management boys are not up to the mark. Either they come so late or not at all, to get things fixed timely. With little effort the building could do so much better.”
