Such a disappointment. We spent so many extra time and additional money with this mishandled situation which could've been avoided if given proper handling.
Location is nice for this building but this is our last contract and will not renew after this. If you wish to live here, make sure to review all the information in their contract as they’re not accountable to any damages that will happen inside the property even though it was their negligence.
I feel sorry to post this but this needs to be heard!

“Been here for 3 years. Units are always leaking. Maintenance keeps coming back how many times checking and taking pictures as if they do something about it. Then confirmed it's fixed - when raining season comes, it's leaking again. Lol. Tired of following up time to time, not expecting that this will be fixed. Save your money and get a better unit.
Also my car got damaged under their property (submerged in the water) because their pipe bursted in the basement parking. Not expecting anything from this management anymore.”

“This is a beautiful building but although it is new, it's the building with more issues than any other old property here. To begin, there is no maintenance available in the building as it is still under contractor. AC issues are often, every month or so even building being new, it stops working in different rooms or not working at all. Maintenance teams that they send are often clueless on how to fix anything so always have to visit couple of teams before fixing anything, even to exchange a smple power socket. Swimming pool is not working every month or so, this time closed for a whole month. When we moved in, 2 brand new water heaters leaked, due to poor quality, not one, but two of them. We had a leakage in the bathroom to the main bedroom as well. Conutless visits for AC not working and other electrical issues as well. All of this within 8 months only. We had more than 20 visits of maintenance teams so far. Don't be tricked by beatiful photos.”
