Prices start from 1.9M for 1BR, 2.4M for 2BR, 3BR townhouses from 5.6M, and 4BR penthouses from 9.9M. Handover is expected in Q2 2027 with a 40/60 payment plan, which is quite convenient. Special thanks to Mr. Ahmad — very professional, honest, and supportive throughout the process. Definitely a good guy to deal with. 👍”
