“I’m tired of seeing the same mess on the 4th floor of the BSM Building. It gets cleaned, and then it appears again shortly afterward. At this point, it’s obvious that cleaning alone isn’t enough. Management needs to identify the source, hold whoever is responsible accountable, and put measures in place to prevent this from happening again. Please stop treating the symptom and fix the actual problem.”

“I was here for 4 months. Neat and clean building. Good Management. We had issues with some electronics, they changed instantly without any questions.
Returned deposit without any question. Syed Ali Azab was the person we were coordinating with.
When I was planing to shift here, I was worried from negative reviews but if you follow the rules, you will get every penny of deposit back.
Also I saw many families living so a family friendly building. One minor issue is that master bedrooms are spacious but studio is not a good option”
