“I moved in Nov last year (2021). I have decided that I will transfer. I stay for few months only because of the following. Pros: 1. Good lobby 2. Access Pass Cons: 1. Access Pass (not mandatory to all residence, safety is still at risk) 2. Reported lost Water Bottle Gallon to Admin but they won't take any action to see the CCTV unless I will go to Police Station to report. They don't have good admin service when it comes to lost and found. Safety is at risk with your things. 3. Cockroaches in the kitchen, I don't think there's a pest control. 4. AC - no scheduled cleaning, they will take action only when you tell the admin. 5. Fire Alarm - you cannot determine if false fire alarm or not. F…”

“This bldg well maintain on cleaning,has key card access in the entrance, just too many cockroaches everywhere. They should really do something on this. AC- so much dust build up, i stayed there for more than 6 months and never seen any maintenance cleaning the AC.”

“Not worth it to live. They do not care about the tenants. They only care for the money. And also I want to add, the building made a damage of my car due to the building pipe leakage and they don’t care at all. Even a free cleaning just compensate what happened coz it is under the building premises and it is their fault. But they do not care!”

“I do not recommend this facility in alrigga. they have a lot of hidden charges that you will eventually have to pay dearly. STAY AWAY”

Wifi - very slow and when you report, nothing they will not mind checking. 7. Dewa - when you go for vacation, they will still count you for paying dewa even you are not using. And for children who is using electricity and water, they will not charge. It is unlogical and not right on charging the residence. 8. Admin and Account system is not the same reflecting on Dewa. Service is very bad.”
